Craftyia is an AI-powered social media content creation and scheduling platform. We provide tools to generate, edit, and publish social media posts across connected platforms.

You agree not to use Craftyia to create, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You remain solely responsible for any content you publish through our platform.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
You retain ownership of all content you create using Craftyia. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Craftyia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftyia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
